I should preface this entry with the fact that I have had the last 2 weeks off for vacation. I worked out a bit during the vacation but I was on a cruise so the fact that I was FORCE FED all those meals and drinks I'm luck that I only gained (according to the scale today a week later) only about 1 lb. Today was exhausting since I was up at 6am for a 7am meeting then followed by an 8 am meeting then headed over to the gym. I started (4 days ago) on some creatine and arginine to see if that helps with gains. I'm gonna try that for 4-6 weeks and see how it goes. Other than that getting back into a routine which incorporates cardio and some weights between training sessions is my biggest challenge. Also I am out of town again near the end of the month. Only one day off training with Brad but it is 5 days out of town at a hotel and that is going to be a challenge. So here's the pix from this week ...
