So I'm gaining weight (a desired concept at this point) up to 187 lbs. Still eating more than usual and definitely not what I'm SUPPOSED to be eating, but a cheat with McDonalds last week and a late nite snack with some cocktails on Cinco de Mayo isn't really too bad if you ask me. Won't be able to workout with Brad again Friday due to an "event" at the house with an elected official. So I asked Brad for another time this week. Work getting more stressful with more things being thrust at me so ... well, you know, kinda status quo. So here's the pix. Worked out legs today, pretty exhausting (esp. lunges with 25# DB's in each hand, OY!). Make it a great week!
