Decided at 47 after 2 shoulder surgeries it was about time to get into the best shape of my life. Several friends were raving about this new guy in town (Brad) and so I signed on for a transformation (a retrofit) of my body. This is a little journal about my exploits!

Week 41
Last week I rounded again so no workout on Monday, that means no pix. BUT I did workout my legs twice doing a boot camp with a trainer friend (Jimmy Wilde) and then redoing it again 3 days later so the week wasn't a total loss. I haven't been consistently working out in the gym due to timing between Brad and I but hopefully that will change. I have posted a couple of pix. The first in the series is from week 30. That was when I felt like I peaked and our workouts to that point were pretty regular. The second is just prior to today's workout. The third is post workout today (when I usually take the posted pix). Then at the bottom a few clothed pix. I want to start working mostly upper body so that I can do the legs during the week on my own and hopefully accomplish more that way. I'm pretty honest and will be right back on it in the gym if my legs just don't get to where I want them to be. I have Market Days on August 10-12 and I really want to look great for that. It's in Chicago and hopefully I can look better than I did for this last trip when nobody said they saw a change in my physique from when we hung out 20 years ago! So anyway here's the pix (I look tanner in the post workout pix for some reason ...)
