Decided at 47 after 2 shoulder surgeries it was about time to get into the best shape of my life. Several friends were raving about this new guy in town (Brad) and so I signed on for a transformation (a retrofit) of my body. This is a little journal about my exploits!

Week 12
So Brad's been saying he sees progress. Until now I guess I really didn't see that but I've posted this week's pix next to the original pix. Seems there is some improvement. Last Friday's workouts was one of the best we've had, honestly. And while I wasn't totally sore I was a bit sore but more tired ... like I had done a hard day's work ... that evening. Eerily my knee has had a few moments this weekend so I really have to watch my form in the gym. Brad tries to keep me corrected but I am just not coordinated enough to do some of the movements that he wants me to do. Not that they're particularly difficult, I'm just not that coordinated! So I head over to see him in a few minutes with my new workout shoes. Gave up on the Vibram's cuz, well, honestly I think they're not very well suited to heavy leg workouts. Comfy, yes ... practical, no. Anyway, here are the pix:
