Week 35

Today was one of the better workout session Brad and I have had. Upper body (mostly) and so that being my favourite I was maybe a little more into it than with a leg workout first thing off to start my week. Honestly with the traveling and the schedule interruptions to the workout I have really been feeling like I'm getting behind on some goals. I have put on the weight I wanted which is nice, but I feel like the workouts just aren't there to adequately build on the weight gain. I am going to commit, this week, to working out a little daily. I'm going to lay off the creatine for a while and see what happens. Not sure if it's helping or not but then again the while "missing a workout here and there" isn't helping either. So time to regroup and refocus. That's this week. Keep ur fingers crossed it will show some improvement next foto session. ... and on that note, here are the pix for this week.

Week 34

So I'm gaining weight (a desired concept at this point)  up to 187 lbs. Still eating more than usual and definitely not what I'm SUPPOSED to be eating, but a cheat with McDonalds last week and a late nite snack with some cocktails on Cinco de Mayo isn't really too bad if you ask me. Won't be able to workout with Brad again Friday due to an "event" at the house with an elected official. So I asked Brad for another time this week. Work getting more stressful with more things being thrust at me so ... well, you know, kinda status quo. So here's the pix. Worked out legs today, pretty exhausting (esp. lunges with 25# DB's in each hand, OY!). Make it a great week!
