Week 26

So last week was a rounding week (hence no fotos). HOWEVER, I was good with my diet, worked out with weights and cardio nearly every day and today went in and did my measurements. Down 3#, bodyfat down 2%, waist down my 3/4 inch, butt smaller (bummer ... and a bad pun to boot), calves increased diam by 1/2 inch. All in all a pretty good week! I was actually super excited when I got up and checked out my pic in the mirror yesterday (Sunday) and so I shot these first pix in my shorts. The second set is after an enormous pig out meal watching the Oscars last night and post workout today (in hopes of dropping a little of the added water weight from the meal last night). Overall Brad's pretty happy with himself for getting me this far ... I'm getting closer to believing. I definitely see change but I'm kinda a perfectionist and until it's exactly what I want I'm going to continue to work toward what I really want. But I'm almost 48 and I think it's a pretty damn good result. Thanks Brad!

Weeks 23 and 24

Why I didn't post these sooner I don't know but here's what I looked like before I went away for a week to Florida (Miami, South Beach) and ate and drank anything in sight!




And here's afterward ... notice the tan! Helps with the definition for sure ... Okay, 6 weeks till cruise and a 6 pak! Diet and Cardio! Lotsa boiled chicken and seafood and lotsa running!
