Week 7

Watching Weather Channel about Hurricane Sandy. Pretty impressive stuff. Had to round last Monday and then had a decent workout on Friday. That was followed by a halloween party weekend and a recovery on Sunday. Had a really good workout today with Brad: back, bicep, legs. Looking forward to an Ab+ workout on Friday! Week 5

Actually managed to get 2 days of cardio in over the weekend with SUPER sore quads from last Friday's workout. However, I did spend most of the weekend evenings with cocktails in my hand. So I had to burn them off somehow, right?! Busy two weeks ahead but hopefully November will provide a bit of a respite. Here's the pix:

Week 3

We're definitely stepping it up a notch at the studio. A little more intense with heavier weights and more focus on movements. Hope this works! Here's the pix
