Year 2 Week 2

Sorry to say I had a pretty crappy workout today. Brad had a great hour lined up for me but I just didn't have the energy to get through it as effectively as I would have hoped. I have to eat a bit before I go. All I had today was a protein shake. I need to have some carbs to get through it. Also didn't exactly stick to the diet over the weekend. Had a few cocktails with Brad after the workout on Friday and then had stuffed manicotti (hello cheese!) for dinner last nite. Overall though I seem to be doing okay. Had an hour of hiking over the weekend and did a little skateboarding as well. So here are the pix:

Year 2 Week 1 Day 1!

Brad and I have been at it for about a year now and I just signed on for Year #2. Was damn tired on Friday and still a bit tired today. I appreciate the pushing that Brad is doing though. So I am going to redouble my efforts this year. I anticipate some big changes this year so along with my increased physical efforts I am going to begin a reprioritization of the rest of things in my life as well. I want to continue to focus on a better body overall, but I also want to really focus on those damn ABS! Anyway here's the pix:

WEEK 52!!!

Okay, week number 52. Yeah, seems a little over a year so I musta miscounted somewhere but what the heck! Here's some comparison pix and the movie showing the development. In the first set of pix the before is me without sox, the most recent is me with sox on. In my very first post I put out some pix of my objectives. More week 50+

Actually pretty excited ... I think I've really made some progress. Injured my knee though again yesterday and couldn't workout legs yesterday very much. This is VERY frustrating. Not in the habit of being injured and none of it has anything to do with working out or sports, just a stupid slip and fall!!! Anyway, got a few more pix about which I am totally stoked!
