Week 21

Had the last several Mondays off - Inauguration and Brad had a funeral - so we got back to it today. I feel great about the workout actually. Found a movement that really wiped out my shoulders (weighted lateral circles) could hardly do any presses (max like 15#). Hopefully I can get back into a routine and really make some progress this spring! Here's the pix:
