Week 13

SO, YES Brad I DO see changes in my body. Actually the side pix really demonstrate to me, for the first time the success we are having. I took these, again, after the workout (cuz I slept in till 10 today and didn't have time for a pre-workout set). So success is on the horizon and with a little addtional cardio and no more Nacho Flavored Dorito's I should be able to retrofit this body and have a great physique by April for the cruise with the 18 year olds! YAY! Strict dieting after the holidays, but the next couple of weeks will be to put on additional "muscle" over the holidays, right????
