Decided at 47 after 2 shoulder surgeries it was about time to get into the best shape of my life. Several friends were raving about this new guy in town (Brad) and so I signed on for a transformation (a retrofit) of my body. This is a little journal about my exploits!

I didn't post last week but it's been a bit hectic. Broke up with partner of 9+ years, buying a new home ... etc. In a rush now so here's the pix
