Week 31

Last week was rounding week and had a brace on for some tendonitis in my left hand. Bad diet, no Monday morning workout ... exhausted for today. And these pix make me look fat! LOL ... So this week, focus on diet and try to get in at least 2 days cardio ... yes trying so hard once again but ... ugh ... rounding weeks are so f***ing tuff ...
