Decided at 47 after 2 shoulder surgeries it was about time to get into the best shape of my life. Several friends were raving about this new guy in town (Brad) and so I signed on for a transformation (a retrofit) of my body. This is a little journal about my exploits!

Killer workout on week 24 but it's been a while since week 23 so I forget. Alex and I have committed to try to get ripped for next several weeks (Gay Pride LA in June!). Here are the pix
